     About my
    personality

Long long ago. I remember when i was in grade 1 b Masonwabe primary. I grew up in a suffering home I remember those days going to school with empty stomach no money to buy something at school. And my mother was unemployed she did not have money to buy me school needs. And my life started to be miserable, I remember The other day going t0o school it was breat time and I was going to the toilet then tastly came these colouds boys and they grapped me and they put a the rope on my neck and I was crying but luckily came my sister and she saw me laying on top of the roof and she quickly ran to my class teacher who was called Mr. Fat maan and they cut that rope with a knife and from start then, I didn't go to school. Till I left that school, then I came here in Nyanga (Oscar Mpetha school) then I started my grade that was when I felt free, and I get everything that I wanted.

     How I was
  discriminated

It was on 23 of March 2014, I still remember becuase it was a sad day to me because I was discriminated by other children at school. The schoolmates were calling me nasty names.

I told my teacher about this and she told me that I must beat these children or report them to my teacher, I thought telling my teacher was a good idea but it was not becuse I did tell my teacher about this as my sister said, she ignored me he said that I always want attention my heart was broken, in my ming I kept saying thawhat are teachers doing at school if they are not going help students when they want thier help.

   How my rights
    were violated?

My name is Asange Menzi. I live in Nyanga Mkhonto square, my rights were violated when they was no freedom when there was the aparthied government cause we were not allwed as black people to live in the surbubs where the white people used to live in. And evry time wherever we go as black people we needed to carry pass if not you will be arrested by the afrikkans police so you had to carry a pass even when you go to the toilet. It was very bad cause all of that it was racism even at school you had to speak in afrikaans, learn in afrikkans and read afrikaans so it was very bad.

       Story about
            myself
